When the beautiful blonde Melanie Daniels arrives at Bodega Bay in pursuit of the eligible bachelor Mitch Brenner, is inexplicably attacked by a seagull. Suddenly thousands of birds gather in the city, attacking children and residents in terrifying series of attacks.
